Michael Limmer’s book “The perfect Wedding Workout”
One day while shooting the Bunte.de videoblog Michael asked me to be part of his workout book for brides to be. Of course, the cover shoot was a lot of fun! Who doesn’t want to look like a princess for one day? But the actual exercises and videos for the book very pretty tough! Who would have known, yikes! I’m super excited, as the book will first be released in Germany with Meyer and Meyer der Sportverlag as a publisher, and hopefully will soon be available in English as well!
